Live Bait Theatre is pleased to present a fundraising evening to benefit Live Bait and Tantramar Regional High School Drama. The “Adults Reading Things They Wrote Before They Were Adults” fundraising evening will take place on Saturday, October 21 at 7:30 pm at Ducky’s Pub on Bridge St in Sackville.

Anyone will be able to come and read up to five minutes of something they wrote as a child.  “We’re hoping for a big turnout for this event, which will also raise money for these two worthy causes”, said Live Bait Treasurer Cynthia Spurles. “It will be great fun to hear adults read the hilarious, thoughtful, and often touching things they wrote when they were young people”.  The evening also includes a silent auction, and as noted, all proceeds from the evening will be split evenly between Live Bait and TRHS drama.

If someone would like to read they can contact Live Bait Theatre ahead of time at 536-2248 or at info@livebaittheatre.com. Tickets for the event, which are $20, are available at Rob Lyon Graphics at 10 Weldon St and at Ducky’s Pub, or here.Portrait Of Man Reading Book at a library
